  Using bait advertising through LivingSocial.
  
  I had purchased a one night stay as advertised within LivingSocial however, upon booking I was told by management that there was a minimum booking of two nights over weekends. This person offered the second night for the same price but I refused for obvious reasons.
  
  Nevaeh stands by its use of a 'Subject to Availability' disclaimer which apparently places them above the law and allows them to use misleading and deceptive advertsing. A second call was made to the same contact at Neveah and when asked about availabitly on a weekend for the next year (for the life of the LivingSocial voucher) this person claims that the Bed & Breakfast is completely booked out.
  
  I would advise anyone considering purchasing a "One Night Stay" through living social to simply look elsewhere.
  
  As a direct result of my terrible experience in dealing with these people, I am seeking legal advice and making a complaint to the ACCC.
